PREPARATION
Shudh (purified) Parad 1 Tola and Shudh Gandhak 2 Tola are blended together to form Kajjali. Panch Lavan 5 Tola, Marich 1 Tola, Triphala Churn 3 Tola, Sajji-Kshaar 1 Tola, Yav-Kshaar 1 Tola and Shudh Tankan 1 Tola are mixed with the Kajjali to form a fine blend. The mixture is processed in Nirgundi Patra (Patra == Leaf) Swaras till a uniform blend is achieved. This formulation is called Vadwanal Ras
