PREPARATION
Shudh (purified) Naag, Shudh Vang and Shudh Jasad in equal proportions are cooked in an iron vesel till they melt. On melting small amount of Palash flower churn (herbal powder) is added to the mixture and the mixture is constantly stirred with Ark plant branch. When the entire mixture attains coarse powder (ash) form, the vessel is covered with a lid and exposed to high flame for 5-6 hours. On cooling the inner mixture is cleaned with water and filtered through a muslin cloth and dried. The dried mixture is then blended with Kumari juice to form a cake. The cake on drying is given a Gajput (refer glossary). On cooling the mixture is again blended with Kumari Swaras, rolled into cake and given a Gajput. Like this 7-8 Gajput are given after which Trivang Bhasma is obtained.
