PREPARATION
Shudh (purified) Vartloh is broken into small pieces. A mixture prepared from Shudh Gandhak, Shudh Hartaal and Ark -Ksheer (milky latex) is applied over the Vartloh pieces. The pieces on drying are given 6-7 Gajput (refer glossary) to obtain Vartloh BhasmaVartloh Bhasma - Ingredient Details
NOTE
Ayurvedsarsangrah has described similar formula except in place of Ark Ksheer it has advised the use of fresh lime juice.
