PREPARATION

Rassindoor 1 Tola, Mauktik Bhasma 1 Tola, Swarn Bhasma 1 Tola, Abrakh Bhasma 1 Tola, Loh Bhasma 1 Tola and Swarn-Makshik Bhasma 1 Tola are mixed together and processed in Kumari Swaras till a uniform blend are achieved. This formulation is called Kumarkalyan Ras. On drying Kumarkalyan Ras is rolled into tablets each measuring 1Gunj (see glossary).

NOTE

Ayurvedsarsangrah mentions that use Makardhwaj is used in place of Rassindoor in above formulation makes it more effective.

Abrakh Bhasma Shat(100)-puti must be used in preparation of Kumarkalyan Ras.
