PREPARATION
Parva (wild pigeon) droppings are pounded into coarse powder.Shudh (purified) Raupya pieces are heavily dusted with the powder. A hollow earthen vessel is then filled with Shudh Gandhak and Raupya pieces in alternate layers till the vessel is full. Another earthen vessel is placed over the Raupya containing vessel upside - down and sealed. The vessel is then given a Gajput (refer glossary). Raupya is collected and blended with Kumari juice and the cake so formed is dried and again placed with Gandhak in the manner described above and given a Gajput. This process is repeated for 7 Gajput to obtain black-coloured Raupya Bhasma
