PREPARATION
Shudh (purified) Parad 1 Tola and Shudh Gandhak 1 Tola are blended together to form Kajjali. Praval Bhasma 1 Tola, Swarn-Makshik Bhasma 1 Tola, Naag Bhasma 1 Tola and Vang Bhasma 1 Tola are mixed with the Kajjali to form a fine blend. The mixture is given 1 Bhavana (treatments) each of the following Bhavana-Dravya(Items used for treating the formulation); Kwaath prepared from Shwet-Chandan, Kamal Swaras, Madhavi Pushp(Pushp == Swaras) Swaras, Vasa Patra (Patra == Leaf) Swaras, Dhaanyak Swaras, Gajpippali Swaras or Kwaath, Shatavari Swaras or Kwaath, Shalmali Twak (Twak == Bark) Swaras and Vat Jata (Jata == Aerial roots) Swaras or Kwaath; till a uniform blend is achieved. This formulation is known as Raktpittkulkandan Ras.
