PREPARATION
Shudh(purified)Hingul , Shudh Ahifen, Shudh Tankan, Musta (Nagar-Mustak variety) , Indrajav (Kutaj seeds are called Indrajav),Jaatiphal and Karpoor in equal proportions are pounded together in water. This formulation is called Karpoor Ras. Karpoor Ras is rolled into tablets each measuring 1-2Gunj (see glossary).
