PREPARATION
Shudh (purified) Hingul 1 Tola, Naag Bhasma 1 Tola, Twak 1 Tola, Tamalpatra (Leaves of Twak are known as Tamalpatra) 1 Tola, Ela 1 Tola, Trikatu Churn 3 Tola, Krishna-Jeerak 1 Tola, Chavya 1 Tola, Dhanyak 1 Tola, Draksha (Dried form of Draksha or Raisins) 1 Tola, Devdaru 1 Tola and Loh Bhasma /12 Tola are mixed together to form a fine blend. The mixture is processed in Vishnukranta Swaras for 7 days. This formulation is called Garbhpal Ras. On drying Garbhpaal Ras is rolled into tablets each measuring 1Gunj (see glossary).
