PROCESS

An iron vessel is filled with one of the following preparations, Triphala Kwaath or Kumari Swaras (see glossary) or Karveer Swaras. Khadir tree branches, twigs etc. are collected and set to fire. Naag pieces are roasted over these flames until they melt. On melting Naag is immediately transferred or poured in the iron vessel containing one of the above mentioned liquids. The process of melting and pouring Naag is repeated 7 times after which Shudh (purified) Naag is obtained. Each of the 7 times, fresh use of Triphala Kwaath or Kumari Swaras or Karveer Swaras is done.
