Rajavart Purification(Method 2)

PROCESS

Rajavart pieces are transferred in a muslin cloth and tied to form a poultice. This poultice is cooked in a combined mixture of Jambeer Swaras (see glossary), Yava-Kshaar and Go-Mutra (cow's fresh urine) with help of a Dolayantra (see glossary) for 1 Prahar (see glossary). The inner content of the poultice are removed cleaned and again transferred to a fresh poultice where they are cooked in the above mentioned mixture with the help of a Dolayantra for 1Prahar. The entire process is repeated 3rd time at the end of which Shudh (purified) Rajavart is procured.
