Plant Description
A large twiner. Stems stout, white-tomentose Leaves ovate, acute, glabrous above,white-tomentose beneath, cordate at base. Petiole long, white, tomentose. Inflorescence sub-capitate cyme. Flowers short-pedicellate, bracteate; Bracts large, ovate-lanceolate, Corolla rose-purple, tomentose outside. Fruits globose, apiculate.
Flowering & Fruiting Period: August - October.
