PREPARATION
Shudh (purified) Parad 1 Tola and Shudh Gandhak 1 Tola are blended together to form Kajjali (refer glossary). Shankh Bhasma 2 Tola, Kapardik Bhasma 1 Tola and Marich Phal(Phal == Fruit) 3 Tola are added to the Kajjali and the mixture is treated with Jambeer Swaras (fresh lime juice) for 3 days. This formulation is called Agnisut Ras. Agnisut Ras is dried and rolled into tablets each measuring 2Gunj (see glossary).

NOTE
- Kajjali prepared in the above formulation must adhere or comply with the Kajjali preparation description and standards as mentioned in various Ayurveda treatise.(see glossary)
- The treatise Rasyogsagar has denoted the above formulation as Agnikumar Ras. However Agnikumar Ras mentioned by other treatise has Shudh Tankan as an additional ingredient to the above Agnisut Ras composition.(For details refer Agnikumar Ras).
- Agnisut Ras is also known as Agnisunu Ras.
