PREPARATION
Shudh (purified) Parad 1 Tola and Shudh Gandhak 1 Tola are blended together to form Kajjali. Guduchi Satv 1 Tola and Bol 3 Tola are pounded and mixed with Kajjali to form a fine blend. The Kajjali mixture is processed with Kwaath prepared from Shalmali Twak (Twak == Bark) till a uniform blend is achieved. This formulation is called Bolbadh Ras. On drying Bolbadh Ras is rolled into tablets each measuring 1Shan(see glossary).

NOTE

- 1Shan approx 3.5gm.
- Rakt-Bol must be used in preparation of Bolbadh Ras
- Kajjali prepared in the above formulation must adhere or comply with the Kajjali preparation description and standards as mentioned in various Ayurveda treatise.(see glossary)
