Grahanikapaat Ras (Method 2)
PREPARATION
Shudh (purified) Parad 2 Tola and Shudh Gandhak 10 Tola are blended together to form Kajjali. Shudh Ahifen 4 Tola, Kapardik Bhasma 7 Tola, Shudh Vatsanabh 1 Tola, Marich Phal(Phal == Fruit) 8 Tola and Shudh Dhattur Beej (Beej == Seed) are pounded to form a coarse powder which is then mixed with Kajjali. The Kajjali mixture is processed in water to form a uniform blend. This formulation is called Grahanikapaat Ras. On drying Grahanikapaat Ras is rolled into tablets each measuring 1/2 - 1Gunj(see glossary).

- 1Gunj approx 125mg
